Are your balloons biodegradable?
Our latex balloons are totally biodegradable - and the only type of balloon used in a professionally-produced mass release events. A latex balloon?s molecular structure begins breaking down with inflation and gathers momentum when exposed to sunlight and the atmosphere. Within three hours, most latex balloons released into the atmosphere rise to approximately five miles, begin to oxidize, freeze and shatter into spaghetti-like pieces. Once on the ground gases and microorganisms attack the latex, continuing the natural decomposition process - even in the dark. Studies indicate the rate of decomposition is about the same rate as an oak leaf (6 months).

I just received my crystal balloons, and it looks like there's only a lot of blacks and browns. Where are all the colors this isn't what I ordered?
Crystal balloons, by their nature, will seem very dark and dull when un-inflated. In fact teal, purple, burgundy, navy blue, aqua marine etc will all look brown or black. However, once inflated, the many bright colors that are displayed on our website will appear. If you are discouraged with your dark, dull balloons, please inflate them first and then we know you will be more than satisfied with the wonderful array of colors!

Our balloons are popping what is the problem?
When buying balloons, it should be noted that the balloon will fill to a full diameter but it is not recommended. It should also be noted that helium with expand as the temperature goes up. When using balloons outside temperature changes must be considered. In most places in the US morning temperatures compared to afternoon temperatures can vary as much as 20-25 degrees. To guard against premature rupture on days when you expect a large temperature change going from warm in the mornings to hot in the afternoon it is recommended that you fill balloons to 70-80% of capacity to allow for expansion.

If I place my order today, can I be sure to receive it by ________?
The answer is most likely YES! If you follow all directions properly and you choose the proper freight choice based on the outbound map (see #9) and you get your order in before that days deadline and as long as there is not a UPS failure you should receive your order based on the outbound map. All "Air" orders placed prior to 11:00 a.m. CST will usually ship that same day (assuming all items are in-stock.) Sometimes we receive so many orders that we may take an additional day to process your order. Please note in comment section if we need to get the order out that day.
When choosing a shipping method....
Delivery times are calculated in business days. Weekends, holidays and the day of shipment does not count towards the delivery time. (i.e. if we ship on Friday a 2nd day air package, the arrival will be the following Tuesday.)
(Any order placed after 11:00 a.m. on Friday will be shipped the following non-holiday Monday.)
* Please note that pick-ups are Mon-Fri only.
Overnight orders that ship on Friday will be delivered the following Monday, unless you choose the Saturday delivery option.
UPS will not ship to PO Boxes, please use a physical street address. If you are in a strip mall or apartment complex, make sure you have your suite or apartment # as a line on your address.
Orders that are refused or can't be delivered because of invalid addresses will be refunded full amount less shipping amount on order doubled (which compensates for freight out and freight back), and less 25% restocking fee.
Orders returned for any reason will be refunded full amount less original shipping amount on order, less 25% restocking fee for all product that is unused, unopened and undamaged.
Defective merchandise or product sent in error will be replaced without any cost to the customer. Replacement will be made only after we receive such product back and or verify the stated defects or shipment error. For more detail click on the Shipping and Returns tab on the left Margin.
Orders shipped via UPS are subject "Terms and Conditions of Service" as detailed on UPS.com.

Due to the fact that we are constantly checking the quality of our balloons and the fact that we are a wholesaler with thousands of customers who would bring it to our attention if there were a quality problem and the fact that our balloons are so competitively priced, it just doesn't make sense economically or as a matter of efficiency to send out samples. Comments on Colors?
Sometimes it is hard to tell colors by looking at a color chart, what are the differences of the different shades?
First you should always start by looking at the color chart. We try our best to make our color chart represent the color you are going to get but this is not guaranteed due to multiple vendors and each customer having their own opinion and judgment of colors.
As an added assistance to our color chart we blew up each color and put them side by side and these descriptions may add to your color selection choice. All descriptions are with the balloon filled to capacity.
